Brian Clements
Brian Clements is founder Director of the Institute for Innovation and Enterprise (IEE) at the University of Wolverhampton, which in the last 5 years enabled the creation of SMEs through European, national and regional funding, as well as providing business assistance to several hundred other SMEs.
Brian is also Director of SPEED Student Placements for Entrepreneurs in Education project, which has already enabled over 300 students at 13 UK universities to set up their own viable SMEs.
Brian directed the Integrated Innovation Initiative, creating and assisting West Midlands SMEs; and is a member of the Board of Enterprise Educators UK, and until 2007 was Trustee of Young Enterprise West Midlands and Strategic Board Director. He was Founder Director of CreativitiWorks, the creative industries Small Business incubator at the University of Sunderland; he is Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and Deputy Chairman of the Mercia Group; Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing; and Member of the Institute of Knowledge Transfer.
