Professor Susan Marlow
Professor Susan Marlow is Professor of Small Business and Entrepreneurship in the Department of HRM at De Montfort University. Susan has researched and published extensively in the field of small firms with a particular expertise in gender issues and labour management; she has worked with a number of private and public sector organisations to research and advise upon small firm issues. On a number of occasions she has been invited to the United States as a visiting professor in entrepreneurship and has frequently worked with other EU offices upon female entrepreneurship and employment relations in SMEs.
