High-quality self-reflection is the heartbeat of effective education, coaching and mentoring. Yet, the leap from a raw conversation to a deep, professional standards-aligned reflection can be time-consuming and prone to our own human blind spots.
We are investigating how AI can act as a “high-fidelity mirror” for educators. Our goal is to test the accuracy of AI-generated reflective cues and their compliance with the EMCC self-reflection standards/Global Code of Ethics and/or ICF Core Competences/Code of Ethics.
We are looking for a dedicated cohort of practitioners to join us for a high-intensity study over the next 90 days. To provide meaningful data for our research paper, we require:
- 10 Sessions: Uploading 10 coaching/mentoring transcripts (min. 30 mins) to the Mentormatic platform.
- 10 Audits: Reviewing the AI-generated reflections for factual accuracy and ethical alignment.
- 1 Exit Survey: Providing final feedback on whether and how AI-powered self-reflection engine impacted your professional growth.
