Call for Book Chapters: Agri-entrepreneurship in Africa: case studies to enable social innovation and environmental sustainability.

We are currently seeking book chapter submissions for the following edited book to be published with Palgrave Macmillan

This book will focus on reporting the issues facing agri-entrepreneurial farmers in Africa in their everyday lives and how they confront the challenges of the 21st century.  The global environment is facing unprecedented challenges in terms of environmental sustainability, global conflicts and political uncertainty. The African continent has long been reliant on its agricultural sector to provide both economic wealth and food for its growing population. This book will provide recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders in academia, industries, government and civic society regarding best practices for effectively supporting the sector and enabling them to prosper. The book will seek to address gaps in social innovations within the agricultural sector, pedagogical considerations in agri-entrepreneurship curriculum development with a focus on improving climate change by improved business practice towards environmental sustainability in the context of Africa.
