Purpose
The purpose of arranging a panel discussion among SME owners, academics, and digitalisation experts is to bridge the gap between theory and practice in digitalisation adoption. This discussion aims to illuminate inclusivity issues in digitalisation within the West Midlands and provide a platform for firsthand data collection from experts and users.
Given the future importance of AI and data analytics, this activity aims to identify concerns and issues related to digital transformation. The insights gathered will inform policymakers in developing hard and soft support measures for SME owners navigating digitalisation.
Audience
The event will attract predominantly SME owners, Academics, local authorities involved in business development, and digitalisation experts.
