ECR Opportunities at ISBE 2024 – RMPI Track x ECR Forum

  •  7th May 2024
     12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

This online event will introduce new opportunities which are being piloted for Early Career Researchers (ECRs) through the RMPI track at ISBE this year.

The RMPI track is a track about Research Methods, Practice and Inquiry/Impact. It aims to be a space to energise discussion and innovate thinking and practice around how we inquire, in order to develop the skills, confidence and impact of researchers and the ISBE community.

The ECR Forum exists to support the development Early Career Researchers through activities and initiatives which support dialogue and interaction between ECRs, their peers and more experienced academics.

Now RMPI and the ECR Forum are collaborating to pilot and promote new formats – symposia and panel/workshops – that support these shared goals and help ECRs connect and collaborate with peers and more experienced academics.

Two online sessions are being held to introduce the pilot opportunities, and of course ECRs are welcome and encouraged to submit to the RMPI track call in the usual ISBE conference formats, with the deadline being May 17th.

Two sessions have been scheduled to introduce the opportunities. To join a session please click on one of the links below which is most convenient for you. You will then be sent a Zoom joining link.

The opportunities to pilot new formats are only open to attendees of an introductory session.
