Feminist Futures: Women in Leadership

ISBE invites you to a discussion about feminist futures and women in leadership.

This online event will take place via Zoom.

In this interactive session, Dr. Nicola Patterson and Professor Sharon Mavin will outline feminist research with 81 women Exec and Non-Exec Directors and leaders in FTSE and UK companies. In the first part, they will discuss their experiences with feminist research, including some feminist struggles and present various findings to date from the ‘Senior Women at Work’ project.  The second part of the session will provide opportunity to discuss learning from the ‘Senior Women at Work’ project for your own research and for personal leadership practices.
