The Help to Grow Management programme is a government initiative to support businesses to develop and proposer.
Training and support is delivered in a hybrid mode mixing online and on-campus sessions.
The Help to Grow Management programme is 90% government funded and aimed at decision makers working in companies that have been trading for over 12 months and have between 5 to 249 employees. It will therefore be of particular interest to many ISBE members. You contribute only £750 towards the costs and in return you receive up to 50 hours of training, networking and mentoring support over a 12-week period that together has been carefully curated to help you to develop a growth action plan bespoke to your own business.
Examples of training modules covered include:
- Strategy
- Digital Transformation
- New Markets
- Vision, Mission and Values
- Marketing Strategy
- Organisational Design
- Employee Engagement
- Operations
- Financial Management
