ISBE member Adrian Ashton reflects on how his recently rotated pelvis offers a model for all businesses as they exit lockdowns and distancing  

After suffering through recovering after rotating his pelvis, ISBE member Adrian Ashton realised that the impact this had created on how he went about his usual daily routine offered key insights for how all businesses can start to best emerge from the pandemic:

Whilst many businesses were able to continue to trade through the pandemic, they had to introduce workarounds and new practices – but now lockdowns and distancing are ending, we should test whether it’s the right time to start to revert back to previous ways of working, or we should keep these new habits going for a little longer.
