The SME World Forum Paris 2026, taking place October 21–23 at OECD Headquarters, is ICSB’s premier global event, held this year in partnership with the OECD. Bringing together policymakers, economists, researchers, educators, and business leaders from around the world, the Forum drives evidence-based strategies for inclusive growth, digital transformation, and international collaboration among small and medium enterprises.
Day 1 opens with a welcome reception at the OECD. Day 2’s Global Leadership Summit features keynotes, policy dialogues, and executive panels across two thematic tracks: SME competitiveness (AI adoption, deeptech, and scale-up finance) and entrepreneurship across generations and life stages (women scaling their businesses, mom entrepreneurs, and family-business succession). Day 3 opens with a dedicated Research Conference on Women Entrepreneurship, including a new OECD/GWEP report on the finance gap facing women-led businesses, followed by an innovation ecosystem visit to Station F and a closing reception at the French Senate.
Participants will leave with new partnerships, practical insights, and a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of global entrepreneurship.
