Cancellation
You may cancel your place at the conference up to 5 October 2026. After this date, no refunds will be issued.

Substitutions can be made at any time at no additional cost. Please email substitution details to .
Refunds
If your place is cancelled before 5 October 2026, we will refund your booking in full, minus:
- Any bank charges, or
- 3% processing fee if payment was made by credit card.
If your booking is cancelled after 5 October 2026, no refund will be available.
Travel and Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for arranging their own insurance to cover travel and accommodation costs. ISBE is unable to reimburse travel or accommodation expenses in the event of cancellations.
