Mentored Entrepreneur featured in ISBE Conference presentation awarded Retail Entrepreneur of the Year at Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
The presentation by Paul Argyle during the Entrepreneurial Practitioner Learning Track at ISBE 2025 offered a case study analysing the mentorship practice of Manchester-based organisation, Specscart. The young entrepreneur, Sid Sethi, who featured in a video during the presentation , has been awarded Retail Entrepreneur of the Year (North West) by the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. The longitudinal, qualitative analysis over a three year period is intended to be the subject of a follow-up paper and presentation at the same EPL track at ISBE 2026.
