The University of Southampton Business School is inviting Hampshire‑based SME leaders and third‑sector decision‑makers to contribute to The Lighthouse Project, an initiative to co-create a practical Inclusive Leadership Toolkit tailored to the needs of organisations across our region. We are gathering insights through a short 3‑minute survey to ensure the toolkit reflects the real challenges and opportunities faced by local leaders.
Participants will receive:
-early access to the final toolkit,
-a place at a free co‑creation workshop,
-a priority invitation to the July 2026 launch event, including lunch and drinks.
