The Department of Management has a collegial culture, with approximately 100 faculty organised across four subject groups: Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Innovation; Procurement and Operations Management; Organisation, Work and Employment; and Business Economics and Policy. Research networks flourish within and across these Groups, with research centres situated in the Department, across the School and connected to the University’s research institutes. The Department has a strong and supportive culture for research and education excellence, with regular seminars, interest groups and a healthy PhD programme. The successful candidate will undertake research of international excellence and contribute to knowledge exchange activities relative to their discipline.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can join us as Associate Professor in ELI to take up the MBA Programme Director role in Dubai. It is highly desirable to have application from candidates with prior experience with programme management. The successful candidate will make significant contributions to the launch of our new MBA programme in Dubai in 2024, as well as to the research, leadership, learning and teaching, and business and community engagement strategy in the Department.
