Salary: £51,474-£60,521
In this newly created role, the Entrepreneurship Ventures Manager will be responsible for the creation, development and growth of UCL graduate startups. The primary focus of the role is to manage UCL’s Hatchery Incubator programme of over 100 startups. The role holder will manage a team that delivers the ongoing package of support for the startups and will help build a thriving and vibrant entrepreneurial community at BaseKX. You will work collaboratively with the Entrepreneurship leadership team to build pipelines between our early-stage programmes and the Hatchery Incubator and be a key-player in promoting the ethos of entrepreneurship at UCL. The role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 60% (3-days per week) on site.
